DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The courses and products offered by Life Works Academy are strictly for educational purposes. We offer tools, practices and information to support you in learning more about yourself. You choose how you engage with these resources with the intent to make a positive difference in your life. 

MEDICAL WAIVER

You understand that LWA does not make any medical claims for trainings, audio programs, video programs, on-line courses or any materials presented on its sites. You also understand that LWA does not and will not treat, diagnose, cure, or provide advice regarding any physical, mental, emotional, or addictive conditions, and that LWA does not provide therapy or counseling of any kind. You understand that you should consult with a medical or psychological practitioner if you have medical questions and/or before making any changes in therapy, counseling, or other current treatment regimens. You agree to assume all risks and accept all responsibility for any harm associated with the contents or use of contents on or from the LWA.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Classes:  Deposits are non-refundable and deposit amounts vary with the class you purchased.  If cancelled at least 30 days in advance you will receive a full refund (minus your deposit). If cancelled between 7 and 29 days, you will receive a 75% refund on amount paid (minus deposit). If cancelled less than 7 days, no refund will be made.  Alternately your investment (including deposit) can be transferred to the next scheduled class (the same one you purchased) as long as that request is made at least 7 days in advance from the start date of the class in which you are enrolled. 

Products:  A full refund minus $30 handling fee will be given on products returned in great condition (that can be resold) within 60 days of purchase. To initiate your refund, please contact connect@lifeworksacademyllc.com. 

DISCLAIMER

You agree that your use of our service(s) is solely at your own risk. You agree that all of our services are provided on an “as is,” and “as available” basis.  We make no warranty or representation that our service(s) will meet your requirements. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us will create any condition or warranty not expressly made herein.  Life Works Academy reserves the right to terminate any of its services at any time, with or without notice to you. In the event of such termination, your sole remedy will be to request a refund of any amounts paid to Life Works Academy that were not completed in whole or in part. In the event that a service was partially completed, you may request a refund of the pro-rata portion of such fee for uncompleted services.  

RIGHTS RESERVED

The website and course course materials of LWA contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by law. You agree not to copy, modify, sell, distribute or create any derivative works based on any of the products in whole or in part.  

CHANGES TO POLICY AND TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Life Works Academy reserves the right to change our policies and terms of agreement at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
